“ After a long day of roadtripping we finally found an amazing place with great reviews! Highly recommend! ”
“ What a find on our way from Austin to Fayetteville, AR. El Salvador food in a renovated gas station right off Hwy 75. We stopped for a light taco lunch and were treated to fresh, flavorful food and friendly service. If you don't know what to order, just ask, super helpful staff. Authentic food and service. ”
“ We celebrated my friends birthday there. I loved the food and the atmosphere. There is also a mini grocery store inside. You can get everything from authentic Salvadorean food to, bread, candy, juaritos sodas. There was a bunch of different kinds of chips, every kind of snack you could ever imagine. They have agua frescas. There was pina agua frescas, cantaloupe, even a few more flavors to choose from. As far as the food, everything was very fresh. I could tell it was all homemade. The food was served with a smile and I would recommend anyone going to give it a try. ”
“ Great place! I was vegetarian today as I tried the papusa. One thing is that there was hardly any of the other ingredients in it and mostly just cheese. I thought they were made to order but they’re premade. Otherwise I wouldve got it without cheese. I loved the salsa and pickled cabbage that was on the side, so good! Highly recommend everyone in the area to check them out. ”
“ Delicious food! Papusas were my favorite, but everything was so good. My husband's favorite were the empanadas. (I loved those too!) We tried a LOT! They have snacks, sodas, and bakery items as well. Everyone was very friendly, and service was fast. We will look forward to going again. ”
“ The best pupusas in Sherman, hands down. Great service too. 1.85 cheese pupusas 2025 Update: They are still awesome! Delicious food, friendly services and did I say delicious food?! Pictured below is their Chicharron De Pescado plate. Fish, beans, guacamole, queso, crema and corn tortilla/gordita type thing. Also, their deserts are delicious too! ”
“ This is a great hole-in-the-wall type of joint! The food was amazing! Particularly, the chicken quesadillas were a must buy next time we come back! Recommend to anyone craving some authentic Mexican food! Cute mini food store inside too ”
“ This unique restaurant was quite a surprise. We saw it advertised while traveling to San Antonio and pulled off I-35. It is quite close to the interstate (about 3/4 mile). Don't let the external appearance fool you. It looks like a converted, corner gas station. Inside, it is a grocery store and restaurant. Service was great and the food was authentic Salvadoran. Worthy of stopping by and enjoying a good meal. ”
